Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will design and implement production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and REST/SOAP integrations, delivering complex business logic and UI while ensuring long-term maintainability.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development, strong Apex/SOQL expertise, and experience with Salesforce DX.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Five or more years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform limits.
Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Hands‑on experience with Flow and declarative automation.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and sharing.
Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source‑driven development.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integrations.
Deliver custom business logic, integrations, and user interfaces meeting complex enterprise requirements.
Balance declarative-first thinking with coding where it provides clear value.
