Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions. You will work with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow, and integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP.

Strong security practices are required due to handling patient data, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, certifications, and a proactive approach to driving business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AWS platform development preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certification.
• Experience with other Salesforce clouds (Health Cloud, Experience Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow.
• Implement and maintain declarative customizations such as objects, fields, validation rules, and flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST, SOAP, and batch processes.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
• Participate in all phases of SDLC and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce platform.
• Stay current with new Salesforce features and implement improvements.
