Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. seeks a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, build, test, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions. You will integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs while maintaining security and data integrity for patient health information.

The role requires hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow, plus familiarity with AWS and CI/CD pipelines in an Agile/Scrum setting. Proactive problem-solving and strong collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce Developer experience.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AWS platform development preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines (DevOps Center).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II a plus.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications.
• Experience with other Salesforce clouds (Health Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS).
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies within Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Mulesoft.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Implement and maintain declarative customizations such as custom objects, fields, validation rules, Flows and Apex.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and batch jobs.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines due to patient health data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce platform.
• Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionalities, recommending and implementing improvements.
• Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
