Recruiterthon LLC is partnering with our client to fill a Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Architect role. This is a remote contract position suitable for candidates who can lead complex FSL implementations.

You will own end-to-end architecture, scheduling, integrations, data models, and security across Salesforce ecosystems, mentoring teams and guiding governance and best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience with 5+ years architecting Salesforce FSL solutions.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of dispatcher consoles, scheduling optimization, resource capacity planning, and field workforce management.
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce security model.
• Experience designing large-scale enterprise solutions with complex integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions for field operations, service delivery, installation, and maintenance processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable Salesforce and FSL architectures.
• Design and implement scheduling and dispatch solutions, including service territories, service resources, work orders, and work types.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce FSL and ERP, Workforce Management, GIS/Mapping, Asset Management, and other enterprise systems.
• Define technical architecture for mobile workforce enablement using Salesforce Field Service Mobile.
• Establish data models, security architecture, sharing rules, and governance standards across Salesforce ecosystems.
• Collaborate with development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, and custom FSL extensions.
• Drive solution design reviews, architecture governance, and best practices adoption.
• Lead estimation, solution planning, and roadmap development for FSL programs.
• Support deployment planning, testing strategies, cutover activities, and post-production stabilization.
• Optimize field technician productivity, resource utilization, SLA compliance, and customer experience through FSL capabilities.
• Mentor administrators, developers, and business analysts on Salesforce and FSL architecture best practices.
