• 15+ years of experience with in-depth understanding of Salesforce capabilities and business processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Field Service)
• Advanced knowledge of SFDC toolkit including Apex, Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, LWC, Aura), Salesforce APIs (XML, JSON, Postman)
• Proficiency as a Salesforce user and administrator (permission sets, roles, profiles, security, views, page layouts)
• Self-motivated, initiative-taking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with remote teams
• Energetic team player, adaptable to change, and enjoys rapid development environments
