Job Description

• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce application coupled with a good understanding of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Field Service).
• Advanced knowledge of SFDC toolkit including Apex, Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, LWC, Aura), Salesforce APIs (XML, JSON, Postman).
• Proficiency as a Salesforce user and administrator (permission sets, roles, profiles, groups, security setup, views, page layouts).
• Self-directed, proactive, decisive, and capable of resolving issues independently.
• Ability to effectively work with remote teams.
• Energetic team player who adapts quickly, works well with others, and thrives in a rapidly changing environment.
