Job summary

Thrasher Group is expanding its Technology team and seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to modernize and sustain our Salesforce platform. You will partner with an internal Salesforce Administrator and external SI partners as the primary in-house developer.

Responsibilities include building scalable Apex, Flow, and LWC solutions, owning Field Service Lightning end‑to‑end, and reducing technical debt while enabling new features that support field operations and business growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Salesforce development experience with Apex, Flow and LWC.
• Field Service Lightning expertise: scheduling policies, dispatch console, mobile app, work order management and service appointments.
• Proven experience simplifying over-engineered solutions for efficiency and performance.
• Experience with Omni-Channel routing and Salesforce automation tooling.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Apex, Flow, and LWC, owning FSL end-to-end.
• Reduce complexity and consolidate automations without disrupting live operations.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party tools to improve data quality.
• Set internal development standards and review SI partner deliverables.
• Translate business needs into well-architected features; explain trade-offs to non-technical leaders.
• Operate with high ownership; surface risks and prioritize accordingly.
