Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join a team working across multiple Salesforce platforms. The role centers on building and testing components, leading a dev team, and mentoring others.

The candidate will lead proofs of concept with architects and contribute to design decisions, integrations, and best practices. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Salesforce full-stack development are required, with 2+ years in Scrum.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or related field.
4+ years of progressively responsible technical and business work experience developing enterprise-level applications including Salesforce.com full-stack development.
2+ years in a scrum team environment.
SFDC Data Model knowledge across various cloud/products and strong data modeling experience.
Subject matter expertise in branching/code merging practices in Git (or equivalent) repository.
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Independently build and unit test components and mentor junior team members.
Lead Proof of Concepts with architects to evaluate new designs, integrations, patterns, and practices.
Demonstrate proficiency in core Salesforce capabilities: Apex, LWCs, flows, triggers, formulas, workflows, and security.
Participate in enhancements to DevOps processes (pipelines, monitoring, test automation).
Understand enterprise cross-system integration concepts and API interactions.
Conduct product/solution evaluations and prototype proof of concepts to guide business goals.
