Job summary

The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to tackle complex issues across multiple clouds (Sales/Service/Marketing/Community). You will design, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, and Triggers, while collaborating with Product Owners to meet acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities include end-to-end development, REST/SOAP integration, data migration, and automated processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Salesforce expertise with Service Cloud at minimum and one of Sales/Marketing/Knowledge/ Communities.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, and batch/scheduled classes.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP, OAuth, and SSO.
• Familiarity with DevOps, deployment practices, and Agile frameworks.
• Candidates with Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce solutions from configuration to customization.
• Design integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and external systems.
• Automate business processes using Flows, formulas, rules, and email alerts.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
• Ensure code quality with tests and strive for high test coverage.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define acceptance criteria.
