Job summary

The Select Group is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a Salesforce CRM Platform team to support the continued growth of a CSX initiative. You’ll design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities while supporting multiple enterprise initiatives in Durham, NC and Hoboken, NJ.

This role demands 5+ years of Salesforce development, hands-on Apex and LWC, API integrations, and Agile practice, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and enhancements within Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Build custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and quality engineers to deliver new functionality.
• Support code reviews, deployments, production releases, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to multiple Salesforce initiatives while maintaining development best practices.
