Job summary
FastTek Global is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and implement customized solutions within Salesforce to meet CRM needs for the Michigan Enterprise Contact Center team. The role requires strong experience migrating from Classic to Lightning and delivering value through Salesforce platforms, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Digital Experience Sites.
- 5+ years of experience with GoMeddo Scheduling customization or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience with Conga Composer.
- Strong knowledge of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Define technical requirements with stakeholders for new projects and enhancements.
- Ensure requirements align with customer needs and performance goals.
- Own release cycles to deploy new updates to applications.
- Lead technical aspects of project environments and standards.
