Job summary

CloudMasonry, a US-based Salesforce consultancy, seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and deliver custom Salesforce solutions. You will work with clients and cross-functional teams, translating business needs into scalable technical design, and mentor junior developers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Salesforce development, strong Apex, LWC, Flow, and experience with REST/SOAP integrations, plus Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of governor limits and performance.
• Foundation in OOP and databases.
• Certifications: Platform Developer II required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Consulting Project Team to achieve client success.
• Lead technical work streams through the application lifecycle.
• Conduct technical reviews, lead UATs, advise on best practices.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Build integrations using ETL/iPaaS tools.
• Plan data migrations and handle large data volumes.
• Contribute to code reviews and maintain best practices.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Achieve required technical certifications.
