Job summary

Veradigm Inc. is seeking a senior Salesforce-focused engineer based in the United States to build and fix Salesforce across the team’s footprint.

You will lean toward professional services and Kantata SX, and help manage integrations with Zuora, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will guide architecture decisions, mentor developers, and ensure production stability while supporting multiple Salesforce-connected applications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development including Apex, LWC and Flow in production.
• 2+ years building and supporting integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs or middleware (Boomi or MuleSoft).
• Deployed Salesforce changes through source control and deployment tools (Git, Gearset, Copado or Salesforce DX).
• Supported Salesforce in production, including troubleshooting, release planning and change management.
• Ability to explain designs and tradeoffs to business leaders and developers.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure, enhance and fix Kantata SX.
• Improve project setup, resourcing, time tracking, revenue and billing handoffs.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Kantata, Zuora and other systems using Boomi and APIs.
• Take designs from requirements to production and document the tradeoffs for architecture review.
• Troubleshoot production issues across connected systems.
• Plan releases and follow change management and audit requirements.
• Review code and mentor other developers.
• Learn and support other applications that connect to Salesforce.
