Job summary

CGS Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize CRM solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will lead development efforts, work with stakeholders, and implement scalable integrations and secure configurations.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and REST/SOAP integrations, plus familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices. Occasional travel to Houston/Paramus may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading Salesforce development projects.
• Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSC, Marketing Cloud.
• Strong Apex, Triggers, Classes, Controllers, SOQL, Visualforce, and LWC.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specs.
• Build, maintain, and optimize integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and integration docs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Salesforce issues ensuring stability and user satisfaction.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to development standards.
• Support platform enhancements, configuration, security, and data management.
• Implement development lifecycle processes including CI/CD and version control.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices.
• Travel to Houston and/or Paramus offices a few times per year as needed.
