Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer for a long-term contract in Orange County, CA.

The role is hybrid and requires strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integration patterns to enhance existing Salesforce solutions and deliver new capabilities. The candidate should have experience with Service Cloud and Government Cloud environments and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience, including complex public sector implementations.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Platform, Service Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions (LPI).
• Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud environments.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proficiency with automation tools (Flow, Workflow, Process Builder) for scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, architectural judgment, and communication skills.
• Design and implement solutions on Salesforce Platform, Service Cloud, and LPI.
• Work within Salesforce Government Cloud environments.
• Lead data migration, LDV strategies, and performance optimization.
• Ensure secure API integrations and robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and executive teams.
• Make decisions in high-impact, fast-paced environments.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives.
• Communicate and document effectively.
