Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and maintain Salesforce solutions supporting university operations. You will lead configuration of standard features, develop custom solutions, and create integrations with enterprise systems.

The role demands hands-on development, business process analysis, and the ability to translate requirements into scalable, education-focused solutions. Partial remote work is available in Denton, TX.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience building/integrating Salesforce with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong business process analysis and solution design skills.
• Previous work in higher education is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, governance and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Analyze business processes with stakeholders to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Configure Salesforce using standard features before custom development.
• Administer and configure Salesforce orgs, security models, profiles and permissions.
• Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Participate in full SDLC including code reviews and post-release support.
• Maintain documentation for custom development and integrations.
