Job summary

ISN, founded in 2001, is a global leader in contractor and supplier management. The Senior Software Developer will join ISN's Enterprise CRM team to build and maintain Salesforce solutions, perform code reviews, and support business requests by participating in end-user meetings.

The position requires 6+ years of Salesforce development, experience with MuleSoft, Apex, LWC, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL, plus REST/JSON/XML integrations. A BS in CS and Salesforce certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Web services development using REST, JSON, and XML.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce product suites including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ & Billing, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience managing a large Salesforce org (900+ seats).
• Comfortable asking clarifying questions and identifying downstream impacts beyond stated requirements.
• Experience with code reviews.
• Interest in frequent business end-user interaction and collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent work experience.
• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer.
• Preferred: Agentforce, Platform Administrator II, MuleSoft Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and design Salesforce solutions using both programmatic and declarative tools.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events.
• Interact with business end-users to discuss enhancements and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Perform Salesforce Admin functions including user management and reports/dashboards.
• Conduct code reviews with attention to detail and QA best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, and end-users to improve functionality.
• Shadow business users to understand Salesforce usage and needs.
• Leverage approved AI-powered tools to boost productivity across the SDLC.
