CloudMasonry is seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer for a full-time, US-based role. The candidate will develop custom Salesforce solutions, lead technical work streams, and mentor teammates in a dynamic consultancy environment.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Salesforce dev experience, Platform Developer II, and strong communication with stakeholders. Willingness to travel 25-50% is required to meet client needs.

Formación

• Hands-on Salesforce development experience with 5+ years.
• Strong Apex, LWC, Flow expertise and platform limits knowledge.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with ETL or iPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Informatica).
• Git, Salesforce DX, CI/CD experience and automated testing.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certified; other certifications preferred.
• Willing to travel 25-50% as project needs require.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Consulting Project Team to meet client goals.
• Lead technical work streams through the development lifecycle.
• Conduct technical reviews, lead UATs, advise on solutions.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Build system integrations using ETL and iPaaS.
• Plan data migrations for large data volumes.
• Contribute to internal code reviews and best practices.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Pursue necessary Salesforce certifications.
• Travel 25-50% as project needs require.
