Job summary

CloudMasonry, a US-based Salesforce consultancy, seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, mentor teammates, and lead technical work streams. You will collaborate with project teams, translate business requirements into technical designs, and ensure best practices in integration, data migration, and testing.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Salesforce development experience, certifications (Platform Developer II preferred), and strong communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years Salesforce development, incl. consulting exposure.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow; balance config vs code.
• Knowledge of governor limits and large data volumes.
• Strong OO programming background (Apex/Java/Python).
• REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Git, Salesforce DX, CI/CD, automated tests.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Clear communication with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP apps.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II cert required.
• Preferred: Salesforce JavaScript Developer I, Platform App Builder.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Consulting Project Team to achieve client success.
• Lead technical work streams through all phases of the application development lifecycle.
• Conduct technical reviews, lead UATs and advise on best practices.
• Translate client requirements to design and develop Salesforce solutions.
• Build system integrations using ETL and iPaaS tools.
• Gather data migration requirements and perform large data migrations.
• Contribute to internal code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Achieve necessary certifications for the Senior Developer role.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% as project needs.
