Job summary
Matlen Silver is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer in Charlotte, NC for a 12-18 month hybrid contract. You will lead technical development efforts, drive enterprise Salesforce initiatives, and collaborate closely with business and technology teams.
The role requires 7-10 years of Salesforce development experience, strong Apex/Triggers/Batch Apex/Visualforce, MuleSoft/ESB and API integration expertise, and experience with Sales/Service Cloud in Agile/SAFe environments.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Lead Developer on large enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Strong MuleSoft/ESB and API integration experience.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, technical design, and code reviews.
- Experience with testing, deployment/release management, and Metadata API.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with minimal oversight.
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
