Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer: Data Cloud with 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 3+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, lead Data Cloud initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, business-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
• Configure and manage Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Data Spaces.
• Design and implement Identity Resolution strategies to create unified customer profiles.
• Build Calculated Insights, Segments, and activation strategies for business use cases.
• Configure Data Actions and activation to Salesforce clouds and external platforms.
• Develop and optimize data ingestion pipelines from multiple enterprise data sources.
• Integrate Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, and third-party systems.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance within Data Cloud.
• Monitor Data Cloud performance and optimize ingestion, transformation, and activation processes.
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to define customer data strategies and solution architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Data Streams, Data Spaces, DLOs, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation.
• Experience integrating Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external systems.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, ETL processes, and data integration tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, data governance, and deployment best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is highly preferred.
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification (Strongly Preferred)
• Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Application/System Architect, or Cloud Consultant certifications) is an added advantage.
