Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and Marketing/Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead development initiatives, design scalable solutions, manage integrations, and support CI/CD processes while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions
• Develop custom applications using Apex, LWC, and OmniStudio
• Implement and support Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions
• Design and implement system integrations between Salesforce and external platforms
• Lead CI/CD implementation using Salesforce DX and Git-based workflows
• Perform code reviews and enforce development best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements
• Ensure adherence to governance, security, and coding standards

Required Technical / Functional Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and Marketing/Data Cloud (mandatory)
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and solution architecture
• 5+ years of experience with Git-based version control systems
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD toolsets
• Proven experience developing with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience integrating Salesforce with multiple external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple assignments independently with minimal supervision
