What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define system landscape, architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment for Salesforce applications
- Develop and configure Salesforce custom applications and perform unit testing
- Perform data migration and recommend integration strategies with various business systems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to determine and review application requirements
- Participate in Agile processes including daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint planning

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Development with proficiency in object-oriented design
- 6+ months of Copado experience
- 1+ year of experience with web programming languages such as JSP, JSF, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Must reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One or more Salesforce developer certifications such as Developer I, Developer II, or Platform App Builder
- Experience in health cloud implementation and development
- Knowledge of Omni channel routing and call center set-up
- Hands-on knowledge of Aura components to build functionality
- Familiarity with managed packages related to CTI
