Referment is seeking a senior Salesforce developer to design, build, integrate and secure scalable Salesforce solutions. You will own Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow automation and Data Cloud activities across core products and connected enterprise systems.

The role emphasizes security, governance and DevOps practices, with remote work options for candidates in the United States or Canada. You will collaborate with cross-country teams to deliver enterprise-scale Salesforce platforms.

Referment is working with a financial planning technology company whose advice engine serves banks, credit unions, broker-dealers, independent advisors and insurance companies across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. Its platform supports financial planning at scale, with a distributed team across three countries.

You would design, build, integrate and support scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions. You Will work across core Salesforce products, Data Cloud and connected enterprise systems, with hands-on ownership of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, integrations, DevOps, platform security and practical administration. Your work keeps enterprise Salesforce environments secure, well governed and fit for how the business operates.

The Role

• Design, develop, integrate, secure and support scalable Salesforce solutions across core Salesforce products, Data Cloud and connected enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain automation with Flow, along with reporting, validation rules, profiles, permission sets and sharing models.
• Apply senior hands-on development in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Work with Salesforce Data Cloud across data ingestion, harmonization, unification and activation.
• Support integrations and DevOps practices for platform delivery.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including senior-level development and enterprise implementation.
• Senior hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, automation, administration and platform security.
• Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, harmonization, unification and activation.

Useful background includes Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification, Administrator certification, or experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

This is a remote role for candidates in Canada or the United States. It could suit a Salesforce developer who wants to own platform architecture, security and Data Cloud end to end rather than hand off configuration work.
