Job summary

Conquest Planning is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, integrate, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across core Salesforce products and Data Cloud. The role emphasizes Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and secure enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience with senior-level development.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, harmonization, unification, and activation.
• Experience designing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Pub/Sub API, Streaming API, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions and evaluate new platform, AppExchange, and integration capabilities.

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team!

The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, building, integrating, and supporting scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions. The Senior Salesforce Developer has strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, integrations, DevOps, platform security, and practical administration.

Duties Of The Role Include

Design, develop, integrate, secure, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across core Salesforce products, Data Cloud, and connected enterprise systems.

• Build and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow automation, integrations, reusable platform services, and CI/CD release practices.
• Lead technical solution design by translating business requirements into scalable architecture, estimates, and backlog-ready technical plans.
• Apply coding standards, design patterns, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, deployment documentation, and production support practices.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, and governance requirements, including access controls, sharing models, API security, audit support, vulnerability remediation, and data stewardship.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions and evaluate new platform, AppExchange, and integration capabilities.

Qualifications Required

• Senior hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, automation, administration, security, reporting, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, and sharing models.
• Experience designing and building Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Pub/Sub API, Streaming API, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.
• Experience with Salesforce CI / CD, Git-based source control, automated deployments, release management, and repeatable DevOps practices.

Experience Required

• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including senior-level development and enterprise implementation.
• Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, harmonization, unification, and activation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification; Salesforce Administrator and/or additional certifications are an asset.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, or MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, Agile delivery, problem solving, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or AI-enabled workflow capabilities is considered a nice-to-have asset.
