Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead design and implementation of Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with product owners and architects to deliver scalable, secure systems and mentor junior engineers. The role requires deep Salesforce expertise and a passion for quality delivery.

You will participate in sprint demos, ensure proper testing, and contribute to continuous improvement of application design and processes while aligning with Lennar’s business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6+ years Salesforce development experience.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce product suite and security model.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura/LWC).
  • Proficiency with declarative tools, flows, validation rules, and app builder.
  • Experience with Sprint/Agile environments and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Capture, design, and implement Salesforce platform solutions using best practices.
  • Provide technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Mentor junior developers and support bug fixes and enhancements.
  • Develop test strategies, unit tests, and automation to improve coverage.
  • Communicate risks and security patterns to engineering teams.
