Job summary

Demand Chain is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to deliver complex Salesforce solutions for diverse clients. You will design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform automation.

You will collaborate with architects and consultants to shape technical direction, ensure scalable and secure implementations, and participate in CI/CD, release management, and code reviews.

Qualifications

Salesforce experience is mandatory.
5+ years of Salesforce development experience, ideally in a consulting or client-facing environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce automation and security model.
Experience designing and supporting Salesforce integrations; strong understanding of governor limits, performance considerations, and data modeling.
Experience managing multiple workstreams or projects; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver complex Salesforce solutions for clients.
Design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform automation.
Translate business and functional requirements into thoughtful technical designs.
Partner with solution architects, consultants, and analysts to shape technical direction.
Build scalable, secure solutions understandable by other developers.
Design and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and event-based patterns.
Lead code reviews focused on quality, performance, and sustainability.
Troubleshoot complex issues across environments and releases.
Support deployment, release management, and CI/CD practices.
Communicate technical risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.
Contribute to technical standards, patterns, and shared best practices across Demand Chain.
You will be hands-on and trusted to make decisions.

What you will be doing

What technical experience you must have

Salesforce experience is mandatory.

You bring:

5+ years of Salesforce development experience, ideally in a consulting or client-facing environment

Strong, hands-on experience with:

Apex

Lightning Web Components

Salesforce automation and security model

Experience designing and supporting Salesforce integrations

Strong understanding of governor limits, performance considerations, and data modeling

Experience managing multiple workstreams or projects at the same time

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred experience

These are not required, but they are highly valued:

Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management tools
Experience with Data Cloud, complex data architectures, or large data volumes
Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, life sciences, or manufacturing
Prior experience mentoring developers or contributing to technical enablement
Experience working across multiple Salesforce clouds
Exposure to large-scale or enterprise Salesforce environments
