Job summary

Volto USA is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple locations in Richardson, TX area. The role involves defining technical direction, ensuring code quality, and contributing to development, testing, and deployment activities.

The candidate will define and deliver technical solutions, mentor resources, and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce implementations while ensuring performance and reliability.

Qualifications

8+ years of Salesforce experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, LWC, Salesforce APIs, and SOQL.
Experience leading development teams.
Hands-on experience with Agentforce and Data Cloud.
Salesforce certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
