Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer for a contract-to-hire role focused on large-scale implementation and integrations. You will design, develop, and support connections between D365 F&O, Azure services, and other enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate brings deep D365 F&O technical experience, knowledge of core finance processes, and a proven ability to deliver complex integrations across systems.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience completing at least one full-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation and integration.
• Strong understanding of core D365 F&O finance modules and functionality including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets.
• Practical experience with Azure integration services.
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and system-to-system connectivity.
• Experience designing or supporting data transformation processes.
• Ability to contribute effectively within a high-volume integrations environment.
• Strong technical communication across development teams and business stakeholders.

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer for a contract to hire opportunity that will play a key technical role in a large‑scale implementation and integration program. This position will focus heavily on designing, developing, and supporting connections between Dynamics 365 F&O, Microsoft Azure services, and other enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical experience with D365 F&O, a strong understanding of core finance processes, and a proven ability to deliver complex system integrations. You will collaborate with developers, functional specialists, project leaders, and business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into reliable, scalable technical solutions.

This is a long‑term initiative that will progress from active development and integration through testing, data migration, go‑live, stabilization, and ongoing application enhancement.

Rate Range: $65/hour to $85/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and support integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and connected enterprise systems.
• Contribute to an integration environment expected to include more than 40 individual interfaces.
• Use Azure integration technologies, APIs, Azure Kubernetes Service, and related tools to enable secure system-to-system communication.
• Develop solutions involving data transformation, application connectivity, and information exchange across platforms.
• Apply knowledge of D365 F&O finance capabilities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and other core financial functions.
• Review existing development and integration work to quickly understand the current technical architecture and project direction.
• Participate actively in Agile sprint activities and deliver high-quality development work within established project priorities.
• Partner with functional and technical team members to troubleshoot issues, refine solutions, and support testing.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both software development teams and nontechnical business stakeholders.
• Explore practical opportunities to incorporate emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and agent-based solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and, over time, help mentor other members of the development team.
• Support the implementation throughout system testing, user validation, migration, launch, and post-production stabilization.

Desired Qualifications

• Approximately 6 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience completing at least one full-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation and integration.
• Strong understanding of core D365 F&O finance modules and functionality, including:
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Payable
  • Fixed Assets
  • Core financial processes and capabilities
  • Extensive experience developing enterprise application integrations.
• Practical experience with Azure integration services.
• Experience working with Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and system-to-system connectivity.
• Experience designing or supporting data transformation processes.
• Ability to contribute effectively within an environment involving a high volume of integrations.
• Strong technical communication skills with the ability to work across development teams and business stakeholder groups.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and the ability to evaluate how tools such as AI and intelligent agents may be used effectively.
