Job summary

NCDHHS ITD seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead design, development, and secure, scalable Salesforce solutions for the Back@Home project. The role covers admin, custom development, external integrations, and cross-functional collaboration to align technical solutions with business goals.

The position requires extensive Salesforce experience, certifications, and a track record of delivering enterprise-grade integrations in a government context. On-site work at state premises is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration and Development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, APIs).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, workflows, and automation.
• Experience developing enterprise-grade integrations.
• Ability to design, document, and deliver complex technical solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Special Considerations

• All work must be performed on State premises at the client's discretion.
• Absences greater than two weeks require prior approval and must provide contact information.
• Candidate must be available for immediate hire and for the full duration of the assignment.
• Subcontracting and outsourcing to other countries must be disclosed to the agency.
• Compliance with all compensation laws including overtime payment is required.
• Strict adherence to credential validation and accuracy requirements.

Scheduling

• Standard work schedule aligned with the project duration from September 21, 2026, to September 20, 2027.
• Shift pattern and hours to be determined based on project and client requirements.
