Coders Connect Ltd is seeking two Senior Salesforce Developers for a remote LATAM-based program focused on CRM Analytics, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. This hands-on, senior role requires deep technical expertise and ownership of complex integrations and data flows.

The program involves building scalable analytics, delivering CRM capabilities across sales and marketing, and guiding architectural decisions for enterprise data platforms.

Qualifications

• Senior-level Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM).
• Advanced Sales Cloud configuration and automation.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience required.
• Journeys, Email Studio, Automations, data extensions.
• Strong Apex, JavaScript, LWC, and Flow skills.
• Proven integrations, APIs, and ETL experience.
• CI/CD/DevOps experience; Copado strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security and data models.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions.
• Lead CRM Analytics dashboards, dataflows, recipes, and KPIs.
• Advanced configuration and optimisation of Sales Cloud.
• Design and implement Marketing Cloud journeys and automations.
• Develop and manage API integrations and data pipelines.
• Own deployments via CI/CD pipelines (Copado preferred).
• Ensure data security, integrity, scalability, and performance.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Produce technical documentation and support development best practices.
