JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Apex, Lightning, integrations, and enterprise Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will design and deliver scalable CPQ solutions covering product configuration, pricing, quoting, discounting, approvals, and complex business processes while providing technical leadership across development initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions for complex product, pricing, quoting, and discounting requirements.
• Configure product bundles, option constraints, product rules, price rules, discount schedules, approvals, and quote templates.
• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and platform capabilities.
• Design and support integrations between Salesforce CPQ and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and maintainable CPQ solutions.
• Recommend configuration-first approaches that reduce unnecessary custom development.
• Support Salesforce data migration, data integrity, security, and performance optimization.
• Lead code reviews, testing, UAT support, deployments, and defect resolution.
• Establish development, source control, deployment, and release management standards.
• Troubleshoot complex CPQ issues involving pricing, quoting, integrations, and configuration.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Maintain technical architecture, development, deployment, and support documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 9+ years of Salesforce development experience, including extensive hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end CPQ processes, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, discounting, and approvals.
• Advanced experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development.
• Strong Salesforce configuration, administration, security, and data management experience.
• Hands-on experience developing REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile development, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Experience with Git or other source control platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, technical leadership, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification or equivalent advanced CPQ implementation experience.
• Experience with complex enterprise CPQ implementations and high-volume quoting environments.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce integration architecture.
• Experience optimizing CPQ performance, maintainability, and pricing accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
