Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Salesforce CG Cloud Developer to lead and deliver CG Cloud Advanced-enabled Salesforce solutions. You will design data models, develop with Apex, Visualforce, and LWC, and drive integrations using REST/SOAP and Platform Events.

You’ll engage with clients, guide offshore teams, and support CI/CD via Git and Copado. The role is hybrid and open to locations in the United States, with strong emphasis on collaboration, security, and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 1+ year of experience with Salesforce CG Cloud Advanced and its data model.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture, data modeling, and sharing rules.
• Experience with Git-based version control systems.
• Hands-on experience with Copado for deployments and release management.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Design and maintain CG Cloud Advanced data models, custom objects, workflows, and integrations.
• Build and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and Platform Events.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, review code, and drive resolution of complex technical challenges.
• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and offshore development teams.
• Support CI/CD and release management using Git and Copado.
