Job summary

Veradigm is seeking a Sr Business Analyst to connect business and technology teams around enterprise applications with Salesforce at the center. You will lead requirements, process analysis and backlog management across Salesforce, Zuora, Kantata, Gainsight, Marketing Cloud and Boomi integrations.

You will own backlog readiness, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and guide stakeholders to follow standardized documentation practices.

Qualifications

4+ years of business analysis on enterprise applications.
3+ years hands-on business analysis on Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service/CPQ).
Proven ability to apply BA skills across multiple platforms and learn new systems quickly.
Strong experience in Agile Scrum; writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Experience with process mapping and documentation (BPMN, swimlanes, Visio or Lucidchart).
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Manage intake of business requests: clarify problem, define scope, assess value, prep for backlog.
Run requirements sessions with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, PS, Customer Success and Marketing.
Document current/future state processes; identify gaps, risks and improvements.
Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows in Jira; maintain Confluence docs.
Own backlog readiness; ensure work is well-defined and ready for sprint planning.
Participate in Agile ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
Collaborate with developers, admins and QA through delivery; support testing and acceptance.
