• 4+ years of business analysis experience with enterprise applications.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales/Service/CPQ).
• Proven ability to map business needs to technical solutions.
• Experience with Agile Scrum and writing user stories/acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with process mapping (BPMN, swimlanes) and documentation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements sessions with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Professional Services, Customer Success and Marketing.
• Document current and future state business processes and identify gaps and improvements.
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
• Ensure backlog readiness and prioritize work for sprint planning.
• Collaborate with developers, admins and QA through delivery and support testing.
• Analyze cross-system data flows across Salesforce, Zuora, Kantata, Gainsight, Marketing Cloud, and Boomi.
• Set and maintain requirements standards and guide others to follow them.
• Support user acceptance testing and change management.
