Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Seven+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, automation, security, and integrations.
• Experience designing complex Salesforce solutions and governing limits.
• Familiarity with source control, CI/CD, and deployment practices.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• U.S. citizen eligible for Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Lead and contribute to solution architecture and technical design.
• Review code and designs for quality, security, and performance.
• Provide independent technical perspective on architectural decisions.
• Design and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and ERP/enterprise systems.
• Establish and promote development and integration standards.
• Identify technical debt and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate impact of Salesforce upgrades and platform changes.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance.
• Support technical planning and long-term platform strategy.
