Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to design data models and architectures, lead Salesforce customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning), and drive end-to-end integrations with internal and external systems.

You will mentor admins, enforce governance, and stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices to ensure secure, scalable solutions that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience with integration tools and technologies.
• Experience with migration, transformation, and cleansing strategies.
• Platform Developer 2 Certification (preferred).
• Experience with consulting (preferred).
• Proven experience as Technical Architect on Salesforce projects (preferred).
• Preference for Knowledge of Health Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Data Cloud (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Designs data models, system architectures, and integrations to meet business needs.
• Leads the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other declarative features
• Collaborates with administrators to ensure the effective use of out-of-the-box Salesforce features
• Designs and implements integrations between Salesforce and other systems, both internal and external
• Develops strategies for data migration, transformation, and cleansing
• Defines and enforces governance policies related to Salesforce development and deployment
• Ensures compliance with security standards and best practices
• Works closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints
• Provides technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices, coding standards, and overall quality of deliverables
• Mentors administrators in Salesforce technologies
• Stays abreast of Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends
