Qualifications

• Expert-level Salesforce across Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud.
• Lead design and implementation ensuring scalability, performance, and security across applications, integrations and data flows.
• Experience with middleware and APIs; event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and version control best practices.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards and governance models.
• Collaborate with IT and business partners to define architecture and solve pain points.
• Lead large Salesforce programs with cross-functional teams and cloud-to-cloud integrations.
• Evaluate AppExchange apps and third-party tools to enhance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across multiple clouds and enterprise platforms.
• Define target-state architecture, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Establish enterprise standards for scalability, performance, and security.
• Design and oversee configurations, customizations, and development using Apex/LWC/Flows.
• Define API-led and event-based integration strategies with middleware.
• Drive DevOps adoption, CI/CD pipelines, and release strategies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to architects and developers.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends.
