Job summary

BTL INDUSTRIES INC is seeking a Director of Salesforce Architecture & Integrations to lead the strategy, architecture and development of our Salesforce environment. The Director will serve as BTL's senior technical authority for Salesforce and connected platforms across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Service.

The role includes governance for integrations, API management, and AppExchange apps, with mentoring responsibilities for system administrators and coordination with the Marketing Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce, CRM architecture or enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, data models, flows, and dashboards.
• Experience managing Salesforce integrations, AppExchange apps and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, standards and long-term Salesforce roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Govern APIs, connectors and third-party platforms.
• Mentor system administrators and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Document dependencies, data flows and reporting structures.
