Simarn Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Apex Senior Technical Lead to drive design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. You will lead technical efforts across Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, configuration, customization, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Apex development.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Components.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Hands-on experience with Visualforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration capabilities and integration with third-party systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Previous experience providing technical leadership on Salesforce implementations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

• Perform code reviews and support testing, deployment, and production activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, business users, architects, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple technical priorities.
