Job summary

HireOn Tech is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead for an onsite, contract-to-hire role in Houston. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions, working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms.

You will mentor developers, review code, and drive engineering standards while collaborating with analysts, product owners, and QA to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Strong hands-on development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce platforms.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical designs, data models, and integration patterns.
• Certification and knowledge of Docusign CLM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on development across Salesforce platforms.
• Translate requirements into architecture, data models, and integration designs.
• Design and develop using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Collaborate with BA, PO, Architects, QA, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Support release management, deployments, and environment management.
