Lyra Health is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst, Salesforce to join our Enterprise Systems team and lead the delivery of technology projects supporting Revenue and Accounting Operations.

You’ll use Salesforce to optimize revenue processes, including the custom applications that power our employer billing and health plan claims. This role calls for a versatile skill set, acting as project manager, technical lead, business partner, and support analyst as needs arise.

Aufgaben

• Lead the planning and execution of business-critical technology projects, delivering them on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Partner with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, Product Management, Operations, Data, and Engineering to assess business needs, gather feedback, and recommend effective solutions.
• Lead requirements sessions with business stakeholders, using creative tools and techniques to capture requirements and use cases.
• Translate business requirements into clear, detailed functional specifications and designs that support scalable technical solutions.
• Manage the delivery of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems, with a focus on custom billing and revenue cycle applications.
• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risks, and report on progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Drive technical integration projects by identifying needs, securing commitments, tracking deliverables, and managing documentation and communication.
• Identify operational gaps and opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Ensure projects comply with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end users, and provide ongoing support
