Qualifications

• 4–7 years of Salesforce administration experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration for day-to-day operations
• Experience configuring roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and org-wide defaults
• Designing and maintaining automation with Flow and declarative tools
• Identify technical debt, configuration risks, and optimization opportunities
• Support governance, change management, and release processes including sandbox coordination
• Support integrations and cross-system impact discussions with architecture teams
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and other stakeholders to gather requirements

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce platform and deliver configurations for sales and service use cases
• Coordinate releases and sandbox activities with IT delivery teams
• Partner with architecture and SI teams to ensure governance and security standards
