Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a dynamic Salesforce specialist to lead our wealth management design and development using Financial Services Cloud. You will work with multiple business teams, agile teams, and collaborate with product owners to design intuitive interfaces and scalable solutions.

• 3–5 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with Financial Services Cloud experience required.
• AI experience is required.
• Consulting experience is preferred.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Salesforce Shield, Conga, Docusign, Own Backup, Calendly and Copado are a plus.
• Development skills: Lightning Web Component, Apex, OmniStudio.

Our Newest Opportunity: Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic, driven, team player to help us lead our wealth management design and development team Salesforce using Financial Services Cloud. We have multiple business teams in our Salesforce environment and solutioning for scalability is a top priority. Our Salesforce team is agile and highly collaborative. As our business grows, the processes become more complex and require someone who is willing to think outside the box to meet the demands of our users. Our everyday operations will have you meeting with product owners and teammates to determine the best course of action to meet complex business process needs by designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces including using AI and a team of people to do the building.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Be a subject matter expert in Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
• Lead a project team to develop more robust and comprehensive Salesforce solutions.
• Work as part of a design team to coordinate tool suite technology development and determine project scope and limitations.
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design, implement, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, custom metadata, fields, complex flows, action plans, and reports.
• Follow SAFe Agile practices and maintain project information in system of record.
• Complete project and programming work on other software and/or systems as assigned.
• Oversee development of solutions by offshore teams including peer reviews and other testing, directing them on how to correct errors, and make necessary modifications.
• Collaborate with third-party consultants to develop and test future product enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT team members to ensure data integrity and system stability.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
• Ensure teams meet established deadlines and SLA’s and proactively communicate blockers.
• Manage and monitor data integrity and security.
• Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with Financial Services Cloud experience required.
• AI experience is required.

• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Salesforce Shield, Conga, Docusign, Own Backup, Calendly and Copado are a plus.
• Development skills, Lightning Web Component, Apex, OmniStudio experience is also a plus.
• Experience working in Financial Services is preferred.
• Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.
• In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
