Skechers is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage and advance our Salesforce orgs across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and related tools. You will partner with Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Finance, and Business Operations to drive revenue growth and productivity, while ensuring data integrity and scalable reporting.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce Admin experience, strong data skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or related field required.
• Hands-on Salesforce Admin experience with Service Cloud.
• Experience with data integrity and reporting in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and service operational support, including headcount and capacity management.
• Maintain data integrity across Salesforce with multiple data sources.
• Develop KPIs and support reporting rhythms (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Create actionable reports from large data sets to drive pipeline insights.
• Design workflows and integrations with cross-functional teams.
