Salt Lake City Corporation is seeking a Salesforce Administrator III to join a collaborative team managing enterprise Salesforce implementations that power city services and digital communications.

You will bridge technology and user experience, designing intuitive digital journeys and maintaining data integrity across Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud. The role offers growth through ongoing professional development and exposure to large-scale public-sector projects.

Competenze

• Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator and six years of experience with Service Cloud.
• Strong English communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience in enterprise Salesforce implementations and UX-focused design.

Mansioni

• Manage user and license administration including roles, profiles, permission sets and sharing rules.
• Communicate platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
• Improve Salesforce data quality via rules, automation and data loading.
• Perform security reviews, Health Check and Optimizer tasks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Coordinate with Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud integrations.
