Job summary

Human Interest is seeking an senior data analytics professional to drive insights, model data, and build dashboards across Hex, Salesforce and Google Sheets. You will partner with product and engineering to define tracking requirements, establish KPIs, and deliver actionable recommendations.

The role emphasizes storytelling with data and interdisciplinary collaboration. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in analytics, strong SQL, and experience creating enterprise-grade dashboards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science.
• Experience with SQL is a plus.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in Hex, including leveraging Hex AI features.
• Experience with Salesforce processes and flow development.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling skills.
• Ability to connect data across multiple sources and present actionable insights.
• Interest in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

• You will be responsible for using data to identify process vulnerabilities and general optimization opportunities. The ability to take large data sets and transform them into actionable business recommendations will be paramount to success in this role

• Build and maintain data sets, models and visualizations
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Hex, Salesforce and Google Sheet
• Support and improve Salesforce processes and flows to streamline business operations
• Work with business partners to identify key metrics, how to improve them, and establish perpetual tracking methods
• Work with engineers and product managers to set data tracking requirements
• Provide guidance, reports, and dashboards to successfully track and move these metrics
• Proactively present insights to help our customers and business based on a deep understanding of operations
• Deep dives on a wide range of processes in order to identify the biggest opportunities for optimization

• Experience with SQL a plus
• Experience building dashboards and reports in Hex, including using Hex’s AI capabilities

• Expertise with developing and maintaining compelling data visualizations
• Proactive and professional communication in all settings
• Comfortable working with and combining data across many different data sources
