Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking in-home sales closers and sales representatives who want to earn serious money with pre-qualified appointments provided by our in-house team. You will focus on closing high-ticket roofing deals after meeting homeowners and assessing their needs.

Top performers routinely earn $150K–$300K in annual income through uncapped commissions on company-scheduled appointments. Expect structured training, ongoing coaching, and a field-based schedule with largely no cold

Qualifications

• 3 years of outside sales experience required.
• Proven history of meeting sales objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

This role is ideal for high ticket sales professionals, sales representatives, account managers, car sales professionals, and retail sales leaders who are comfortable presenting in person and closing large deals. Many of our top performers come from car sales, retail sales associate roles, inside sales, or other commission sales environments where performance directly drives income.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for selling roofing products and services to homeowners. This role involves meeting with homeowners, assessing their roofing needs, providing product and service recommendations, and ultimately closing sales.

• Conduct 8 - 12 pre-scheduled and pre-confirmed in-home appointments per week
• Close sales and achieve sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Attend trainings and stay up-to-date on company products and services
• Drive to pre-set appointments with no cold calling or door knocking required
• Complete a thorough PAID two-week training program with our dedicated sales training team as part of our on-boarding process
• Attend regular sales meetings

Compensation

• Expected monthly earning of $12,500 - $25,000
• On Target Annual Earnings: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00Weekly draw against commission + Progressive Uncapped Commission

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, appointments are scheduled at 1pm and 6pm; Saturday appointments are at 10am and 2pm
• Sales meetings may occur Monday - Thursday at 11am
