Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking experienced in-home sales closers and sales representatives to close high-ticket roofing deals with homeowners. All appointments are pre-qualified and scheduled by our in-house team, so you can focus on closing and maximizing income.

Top performers earn $150K+ annually with a compensation package that includes weekly draws against commission, uncapped commissions, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of prior outside sales experience mandatory.
• Demonstrated history of meeting sales objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to establish rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 8-12 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week.
• Close sales and achieve targets for roofing products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Attend trainings and stay up-to-date on company products and services.
• Drive to pre-set appointments with no cold calling or door knocking required.
• Complete a paid two-week training program with the sales training team as part of onboarding.
• Attend regular sales meetings.

Southern National Roofing is looking for in-home sales closers and sales representatives who want to earn serious money without chasing their own leads. Every appointment is pre-qualified and scheduled by our in-house team so you can focus on what you do best: closing.

This role is ideal for high ticket sales professionals, sales representatives, account managers, car sales professionals, and retail sales leaders who are comfortable presenting in person and closing large deals. Responsibilities:

As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for selling roofing products and services to homeowners. This role involves meeting with homeowners, assessing their roofing needs, providing product and service recommendations, and ultimately closing sales.

Leads are pre-qualified and provided by the company, and there is no cold calling or door knocking required.

• Conduct 8 - 12 pre-scheduled and pre-confirmed in-home appointments per week
• Close sales and achieve sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Attend trainings and stay up-to-date on company products and services
• Drive to pre-set appointments with no cold calling or door knocking required
• Complete a thorough PAID two-week training program with our dedicated sales training team as part of our on-boarding process
• Attend regular sales meetings

Compensation:

• Expected monthly earning of $12,500 - $25,000
• On Target Annual Earnings: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00
• Weekly draw against commission + Progressive Uncapped Commission
• Bonus opportunities other incentives

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, appointments are scheduled at 1pm and 6pm; Saturday appointments are at 10am and 2pm
• Sales meetings may occur Monday - Thursday at 11am
