Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking in-home sales closers and sales representatives in the Raleigh area. All appointments are pre-qualified and scheduled by our in-house team, allowing you to focus on closing high-value projects and earning substantial commissions.

This role targets experienced outside sales professionals from car or retail backgrounds, with on-target earnings up to $300,000 annually and a paid two-week training program plus ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 3 years of outside sales experience mandatory.

This role is ideal for high ticket sales professionals, sales representatives, account managers, car sales professionals, and retail sales leaders who are comfortable presenting in person and closing large deals. Responsibilities

As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for selling roofing products and services to homeowners. This role involves meeting with homeowners, assessing their roofing needs, providing product and service recommendations, and ultimately closing sales.

• Conduct 8 - 12 pre-scheduled and pre-confirmed in-home appointments per week
• Close sales and achieve sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Attend trainings and stay up-to-date on company products and services
• Drive to pre-set appointments with no cold calling or door knocking required
• Complete a thorough PAID two-week training program with our dedicated sales training team as part of our on-boarding process
• Attend regular sales meetings

Compensation

• Expected monthly earning of $12,500 - $25,000
• On Target Annual Earnings: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00Weekly draw against commission + Progressive Uncapped Commission

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, appointments are scheduled at 1pm and 6pm; Saturday appointments are at 10am and 2pm
• Sales meetings may occur Monday - Thursday at 11am
